Whitney Polson

Whitney Polson is one of the founding criminal defense lawyer partners at Polson & Polson, PC. He has experience litigating hundreds of DUI cases throughout Alabama. In addition to DUI cases, Whitney also handles misdemeanor and felony drug crimes, domestic violence, and sex crimes.

Whitney entered the practice of Law in September of 2004. In 2016, he co-authored the latest definitive book on Alabama DUI Defense that focuses on scientific evidence used in drink driving cases. This book was published by Lawyers and Judges Publishing, of Tucson, AZ.
