Whitney Polson Appointed Municipal Court Judge in Fultondale, Alabama

Birmingham, AL criminal defense lawyer and DUI defense attorney Whitney Polson was appointed as a Municipal Court Judge in the northern suburb of Fultondale in November 2020. The town of Fultondale is in northern Jefferson County, Alabama and is home to over 8,000 residents.

Whitney will continue to practice law full time in addition to this recent appointment.
